These terms of service describe the rights and obligations when purchasing goods through our website. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rustika Landid.

Rustika Landid and this website are operated by Lures Factory OÜ (registry code 16420322), address Kõmsi tee 5, Kõmsi, 90102 Lääne county, Estonia; e-mail rustikalandid1@gmail.com.

By purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms of service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms of service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

HOW TO BUY, PAYMENT METHODS

For placing an order, make a request by selecting suitable goods and pressing the "add to cart" button, then enter needed data about the purchaser and delivery. After this, please confirm the ordering conditions and choose a payment method.

Shortly after a successful purchase, you should receive a confirmation and an invoice via email. The goods will then be shipped to you according to our shipping policies, depending on your location.

The payment currency is EUR. You can choose the payment method that suits you best at the checkout. We offer credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and Estonian banklinks via OPAY; we are responsible for your personal data, which is shared with authorized transfer company OPAY, which uses the personal data necessary for making payments.

The prices displayed on our website include 22% VAT.

In case of extraordinary circumstances the delivery could take up to 45 days. We will notify you via e-mail.

In case we are sold out and cannot deliver your order, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund in no longer than 14 days.

RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract entered into via our website within 14 days of delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase and return the goods in a written application and send it by e-mail.

In the application, please include:

  1. name of the buyer,
  2. goods to be returned,
  3. order number,
  4. reason for return,
  5. bank account number for the payment.

You have to return non-used items with all the labels on and in its original package, if possible. We will refund you the payment to the account number you have marked in your application as soon as possible; but no later than 14 days after we have received the goods. Please note that the expenses associated with the return (e.g postal fee) are covered by the customer.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

In case we have sent you the incorrect product or a defected product, you have a right to return it. The guarantee period covers 2 years and begins the day you accept the product. The customer must notify us of any wrong deliveries or defects within 2 months of appearance of the issue. The product is assumed to be defected if the defect appears within 6 months of delivery. We are not responsible in case the item has been damaged because of customer’s misuse or carelessness.

We will try our best to repair or replace the wrong or defected item. In case it is impossible or unreasonable, we will grant a refund for the purchase of the item.

DIPSUTE REOLUTION

In case WFLures and the customer cannot resolve the issue, you are entitled to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve consumer disputes that the parties have failed to resolve by way of negotiations. You also have a right to turn to the platform specialized in resolving consumer disputes in the EU at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
